SHAKTI VARTA PROGRAMME:
In partnership with IPE Global, VICALP executed Shakti Varta project in the districts of Gajapati and Jharsuguda from May 2014 to April 2016. Under this DFID-assisted Government of Odisha convergence plan, WSHGs and Mission Shakti/ICDS was used by government departments including Women and Child Development, Health and Family Welfare, and Rural Development to carry out their departmental development programmes. As an organisation and trainer, VICALP assisted the process.
